Note that your finished photos will be sent to the email you provided at booking, so it's important that it's correct. To avoid missing your confirmation email: 1. Double-check your email address carefully when booking. 2. Use a commonly used email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) — company emails are sometimes blocked by firewalls. 3. Check your spam folder right after booking. 4. Make sure your inbox has enough free space (at least 10MB). 5. If booking from your phone, confirm your mobile email settings are correct.
Golden Years Photo uses an online booking system — please choose your service and time slot on our booking page. If no slots are shown, that time is fully booked. To cancel or reschedule: please use the cancellation link in your confirmation email first, then rebook a new slot. If the link has expired or is past the self-service cancellation window, message our official LINE @goldenyearsphoto, or email goldenyears166@gmail.com. Phone calls can help with general questions, but bookings are handled through the website. Please note: we don't offer printed photos, and same-day delivery isn't available.
Yes. After booking an ID photo slot, the system offers an option to add another person, which you can select on the booking page.
Yes. We recommend booking a personal-portrait time slot instead, and noting in the booking comments that you'd like to add an ID photo — we'll arrange it for you.
Pricing is based on the final number of photos you select, and always includes professional retouching and digital delivery. Please check the official booking page for the most current pricing: - Korean-style ID photo: NT$399/photo - Grey-background half-body headshot / personal portrait: NT$999/photo - Grey-background full-body headshot / personal portrait: NT$1,199/photo - Group photos (2–6 people, including couples, family, or pet photos): from NT$1,199/photo - Switching to a white background: +NT$500 to the total (grey is the default) Student ID gets NT$100 off (excludes ID photos). Corporate, campus, and on-location shoots are custom-quoted — message our official LINE @goldenyearsphoto for details.
No — we only deliver fully retouched photos. We don't provide unedited originals or photos you didn't select.
The final retouched photos you select are kept permanently. Unselected original files are deleted after delivery due to storage limits.
Standard delivery: digital files are sent within about 7 days of your shoot. Rush delivery (+NT$100/photo): sent by 18:00 the next day. Files are sent to the email address you provided when booking.

Our retouching includes: removing skin blemishes (scars, acne), refining hair and features (hairline, filling in bangs), softening lines (under-eye bags, dark circles, nasolabial folds), adjusting body proportions (face/body slimming, height), and cleaning up background imperfections. Retouching guidance by purpose: - ID photos: natural and compliant, not over-edited; facial features and outline are never altered - LinkedIn / resume: professional and polished, confidence-boosting, kept natural - Social media / Instagram: more creative freedom to reflect personal style - Couple / family: natural and warm, keeping it authentic
Please bring your own outfit. For ID photos, a dark-colored top works best — avoid white tops, turtlenecks, and sleeveless styles. Common outfit mistakes to avoid: 1. Forgetting your outfit — pack it the day before so you don't forget on the day. 2. Unironed clothing — iron ahead of time, or use the steam iron available at the studio. 3. Ill-fitting outfits — avoid clothing that's too loose, too tight, or overly busy in pattern. 4. Not matching outfit to purpose — dark, collared clothing for ID photos; more variety is fine for headshots. 5. No backup outfit — if shooting multiple looks, bring 2–3 outfit options.
Our photographer will guide you through posing from start to finish, suggesting flattering, classic poses such as hands in pockets, arms crossed, or seated poses to help you look your best.
Shooting plus photo selection takes about 30 minutes in total. If you have somewhere to be afterward, we recommend building in a 15–20 minute buffer. Approximate time by service: 1. ID photo: about 15–20 minutes (quick shoot, shorter selection time) 2. Headshot: about 30 minutes (multiple angles plus detailed selection) 3. Group photo (2–6 people): about 30–40 minutes (coordinating poses and expressions takes longer) 4. Large group photo (7+ people): about 40–60 minutes 5. Multiple outfits: add roughly 10–15 minutes per additional outfit
